Just a short drive to the beautiful sandy beaches of Saunton, Croyde, Puttsborough,  Woolacombe and Westward Ho! and walking distance to the famous Tarka Trail with its easy cycling and wonderful views of estuary and countryside across over 30 miles of North Devon, with bicycle hire facilities in the village centre.

The two championship golf courses at Saunton are a five minute drive and there are many other courses in close proximity. For walkers, the spectacular coastal path and nearby Exmoor offer many miles of picturesque walks with a wide variety of wildlife to be seen. Horse riding is available nearby as are many other outdoor pursuits and activities, too many to list here.

Little Clarendon has recently been refurbished to a very high standard and equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The accommodation is single storey, sleeps four and is adjacent to the owner’s property.

Braunton is 5 miles north of the market town of Barnstaple which is easily reached by road or rail.
