The Accommodation

Little Clarendon is within a five minute walk to Braunton village centre and its shops, restaurants and public houses. There is also a Tourist Information Centre, Medical Centre and Dental Practice.

Kitchen and Breakfast room

A fully fitted kitchen has quality fitted units, electric cooker, microwave oven, fridge, washing machine, iron and board, cool box and ice box.

The sitting room has a TV/DVD, playstation 2, video player with a selection of videos, mini hifi, games, books and a dining area. French doors open onto the patio.

The Master Bedroom

The Master Bedroom has a super king-size bed, bedside cabinets, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a hair dryer. The en-suite wet room, tiled in white has a spacious shower, handbasin and w.c., and a heated towel rail.

The twin room has comfortable twin beds, chests of drawers and hanging area. It has an en-suite bathroom with bath and shower attachment above, handbasin, w.c. and heated towel rail.

Outside facilities include a sunny patio area with table, chairs and parasol and a portable BBQ.

To the front is a lawned area with a full sized table-tennis table with bats and balls, swing ball and a rotary washing line. The garden is fully enclosed.
